Refund policy

 

At Tbone Merch, we offer a 30-day return policy on all products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: All customized items — including any personalized 3D-printed products — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at support@tbonemerch.com. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your item. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a new purchase separately.

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we'll automatically refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at support@tbonemerch.com.
